     ·  Personalul amabil și foarte ok in a rezolva situatiile
     ·  Nu se pot seta 2 cartele de acces. Plata nu se poate efectua cu card bancar decât la recepție. Desi a fost un apartament, a trebuit să solicităm perne in plus și lenjerie pentru canapea. Mic dejun la fel zilnic .

     ·  Mulțumiri pentru faptul că am fost primiți cu câteva ore înainte de ora standard de check-in și pentru că ni s-a permis să facem check-out mai târziu! Profesionalism, curățenie, bun gust!
     ·  Ar fi nevoie de o renovare exterioară, inclusiv la balcoane. Părerea mea este că aduce un minus impresiei generale.

     ·  Camerele spațioase și curate, personalul amabil și săritor. Peisajul de la balcon e superb. Micul dejun e foarte variat și gustos, cu ceva nou în fiecare zi și deserturi diversificate.

     ·  The best feature of the hotel is the staff: all reception desk personnel, waiters, cleaning staff are exceptionally polite, competent and attentive to the customers' needs. Special praise must go to the breakfast shift manager, who kept a busy room moving smoothly with impeccable service.
     ·  The fitness room is not in working order: all the exercise machines are broken. One does not have to offer fitness amenities, but if a fitness room is advertised, the equipment should be usable.

     ·  When I was a child in communist Romania my mom she use to take me to Mamaia and usually we use to stay at Ambasador..so after 15 years that I left the country and decided to make a vacation to Mamaia I searched for Ambasador hotel and there …I found it

     ·  Ușile! La 4 stele dacă aș fi interesat cu adevărat de clienți, aș adauga un sistem de amortizare simplu (o garnitură/cheder) astfel încât clienții noștri, care sunt așa cum sunt, să nu mai aibă posibilitatea să fac un zgomot monstru trântind usa, care oricum trebuie trasă cu zgomot ținând cont de sistemul de închidere. La fel pentru plasa de la ușa de la balcon.rnDe asemenea, aș găsi o modalitate de a ruga clienții în extaz să nu mai urle la 3 dimineața pe balcon.

     ·  Pentru septembrie raportul calitate/preț a fost bun. Un mare plus baldachinele de la piscină.
     ·  Mobilierul puțin învechit și parcarea neîncăpătoare îi scad puțin din calitate.
